How long does it take for my order to ship?

We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact Customer Care for help in choosing the right shipping method to get it there on time!

Expedited Shipping (Express and ASAP): Orders must be received by 10 a.m. EST to ship same day. If received after 10 a.m., orders will ship the following business day, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays), as FedEx does not deliver expedited orders on weekends.

At checkout you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your product(s). Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to completion of your order. If you choose to expedite your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 3:00pm EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Gift Card orders that clear credit authorization after 8:00pm EST will process the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Rates are as follows: 4-7 day delivery: $5.00 (FREE on orders over $49) 2-3 day delivery: $12.00 1-2 day delivery: $20.00 USPS Standard: $5.00 Easy 60-Day Returns We're committed to your total satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can get a full refund of the product price and any associated tax, within 60 business days of receipt of the item(s). To receive either a credit toward an exchange or a credit on your charge account, please note that all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. The reason for returns caused by yourself (eg, size, color you choose), cannot be accepted. Shipping Items deemed worn, used, dirty or missing tags will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued. personalized items are not returnable. Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment. Buyers are asked to contact customer service within 60 days of receiving their order to receive a return authorization. Once a return authorization is issued, you will receive a prepaid return label via email. Please use that prepaid label to return the item back to us for a full refund.
